Living Room Palapa

Distinguished by its nearly three-story-high palapa roof, the Living Room Palapa is the focal point of Casa Fortuna.

Inside guests find a “conversation island” with room for eight that looks out over the infinity edge pool and beyond to the ocean.

Nearby is a dining area with seating for ten and across the room is a mesmerizing onyx lit bar, which is the ideal place to meet for frosty margaritas, cold cervezas or refreshing mixed drinks.

Floor-to-ceiling elegantly stained wood framed glass doors fold away to allow for the sea breezes to cool the days and add mood to the evenings.

Gourmet Kitchen

Adjacent to the Living Room Palapa is the kitchen, where a private chef can prepare your lavish meals or the catering staff can work your special party.

Media Room

The Media Room features a 65” high definition DLP TV with satellite service directed from New York City. The room also has a DVD player, DVD library, a surround sound system and seating for ten. Guests will find a good selection of pre-loaded DVDs and CDs, as well as a workstation with high-speed Internet access, a Windows-based computer and a printer.

Guest Accommodations

Casa Fortuna has six bedrooms, one of which is a Master Suite. To provide ultimate privacy, the sleeping quarters are housed in four individual volumes, each with their own bathroom.

The Master Suite has a king size bed, private steam room, amazing indoor and outdoor shower with magnificent Pacific Ocean views, and his and her sinks.

One King Bed Studio Suite with gorgeous outdoor patio/garden, large soaking tub and its own personal kitchenette.

Guests enjoy wireless high-speed Internet access and the phone system allows for convenient calls to and from North America.

Guest Services

Casa Fortuna employs a fulltime staff of three including a personal cook. A house manger can arrange for any special requests or exciting adventures.

Nannies, a massage therapist, a yoga instructor and tour guides are available for a fee upon request.

Activities outside the gates of Punta Mita such as sport fishing, sailboat charters, Jeep tours, swimming with dolphins and more can all be arranged for a fee

Travel to and from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport and private transportation to and from Puerto Vallarta is included

Guests enjoy daily housekeeping and nightly turndown service.

All food and beverage and long distance phone service are billed and deducted from the security deposit. All outside activities and vendors are to be paid upon the providing of those activities services.

Rules & Guidelines

• Casa Fortuna can accommodate 12 overnight guests over 18 years old and no more than 16 guests including children
• Guests are subject to the rules and regulations of the Punta Mita Master Condominium Association
• All outside guests must be approved by the House Manager for day visits
• Smoking is not allowed inside the enclosed buildings and the guest rooms
• Pets are not allowed without written permission
• Mexican law prevails
• Guests waive liability claims against the owner of Casa Fortuna
• Fees to cover damages to or theft from Casa Fortuna will be deducted from the security deposit.
